Take the fresh juice of lemon and dip some cotton wool in it. Pat your face with the cotton and let it dry. Some people may find the lemon juice irritating. Be sure to allow for even distribution of light on the areas that you feel need the most attention. Wear protective gear for your eyes during the treatment. When you have achieved the desired results, decrease the amount of blue light treatment accordingly. Some patients will choose to do it every other day after seeing improvement. You will be able to best decide the amount of sessions needed to effectively decrease the acne blemishes on your skin.
